we are
Rose City Cafe is a unique combination boba tea shop and cat cafe located in downtown Richmond, Indiana. We provide specialty imported teas, authentic boba drinks, healthy food options, and a one-of-a-kind cat interaction experience in partnership with Animal Care Alliance. Our cafe serves as a community gathering space featuring local and student artwork, supporting animal adoption, and creating a welcoming "third place" for students, families, and professionals.
